I bought 100 5 years ago for the yourh to use when caroling. Yes they don't use them constantly, but now I just got 40 more, kids will drop them.

This is the third year we have purchased these candles to give to dozens of carolers from numerous .churches who gather in our town park at what we call Spirit of Christmas. Each caroler gets to take his/her candles home. Many have told me that their candle still works two years after they received their first one.
We love them.
